Supaper is a research intelligence platform that allows users to browse academic papers from arXiv, generate AI-powered interpretations, and ask follow-up questions. The Service is provided "as is" and may be subject to change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Billing

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. Users are encouraged to verify information against original sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The Supaper platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Academic papers accessed through the Service are the property of their respective authors and publishers. AI interpretations generated for your account are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
